The Ideal Foreman Candidate Will:

• Have a minimum of four years experience in professional landscaping

• Lead by example in adherence to the above laborer requirements

• Instruct laborers in their tasks and methods

• Communicate well with clients, laborers and management

• Track job times and materials used

• Inspect and account for all equipment used on job

• Maintain a safe and neat jobsite

• Be able to read blueprints and assembly instructions

• Be familiar with each step in hardscape installations
